Shatkarma

Shatkarma, also known as cleansing techniques, is a crucial part of yoga. you will get to know more and deep about the Shatkarma practice. There are many parts of shatkarma and we are here to help you to complete all activities. Shatkarma is the cleaning technique that we would follow each day. It inclues:-
